Shipping and Return Policy

If your item is in stock, we will ship your order within one business day. Occasionally we need to delay shipment of certain products – make sure to read the description of the product you are ordering before you place your order. Shipping carrier will depend on order type and destination, but your product will usually arrive within a week of your order.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any undamaged products. Once your return is approved, you will ship our Product back to us so we can give you a refund. We will provide you with return instructions, and you will have an additional 14 business days from the day of approval to ship it back to us for a refund or an exchange.

Products must be returned in their original condition, using the original packaging they were delivered in. Products that show damage due to use or improper packaging will not be accepted.

Initiating a Return
To initiate your return send an email to our support email, mentioning “return” in the subject line and that you wish to return a product that you ordered from us in the body. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. You will have 14 business days from the day of approval to ship back your return. Late returns will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to any items returned.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or packing material to send product(s) back to us. You must ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number. When you ship your return, include your tracking number in an email to us. Lost packages will not be refunded.

Please allow up to 48 hours from the date we receive you return for processing before your refund is issued. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse a return request for any reason.

Custom Orders are not returnable.

Warranty‍
If your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, send an email to support@supervillainsupplies.com and provide our support team with some photos that clearly show the issue with the Product. Make sure that your email mentions “warranty” in the subject line.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase for any reason.

Cancellations after 24 hours will require you to return the undamaged merchandise to receive a full refund. We may not exchange or cancel your order after 24 hours, as it will have already gone into production.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

To cancel your order, email us directly at our support email, mentioning “cancellation” in the subject line.
